Enter your Email and Password, then select your Site from the dropdown. Tick Remember me to stay logged in on this device.

If you need to register a new account, tap Register as a new user on the login page.

If the app behaves unexpectedly after a session timeout, tap Clear Cookies at the bottom of the login page and reload.

After logging in you land on the Home page. It shows:

  • New Game button — start a fresh game immediately.
  • Active Games — games currently in progress. Tap a game to resume scoring.
  • Saved Games — completed games. Tap a game to view its final scoresheet.

Each game in both lists shows the creator's email, game number, and the WE vs THEY player rosters. Tap the × button to delete a game (confirmation required).

Tap New Game in the navbar or on the Home page to open the setup form.

Game Settings

  • Points to Go Out — the score a team must reach to go out on a street (e.g. 100).

Payout Settings

  • Payout Per Point ($) — dollar value of each point scored.
  • Street Bonus — automatically matches "Points to Go Out"; awarded when a team goes out on a street.
  • Boxes Bonus — bonus points awarded per box advantage at the end of a street.
  • Street Clean Sweep Bonus — bonus when the opponent scored 0 on a street.
  • Bonus All Streets Sweep — set to Double Payout to pay 2× when one team sweeps all 3 streets.

Team Assignment

Check players into the WE or THEY column. Selecting a player for one team automatically unchecks them from the other.

Need a new player? Use the Add New Player form at the bottom. Once ready, tap Start Game.

The scoresheet is your live view of the current game. At the top you'll see the game number, payout rate, and a form to change the target points mid-game if needed.

Street Cards — Three cards for Streets 1, 2, and 3 show each team's running score and the points remaining before going out. When a team's score reaches the target, the card turns coloured and shows "TEAM ARE OUT".

Rolled Streets — If the game rolls over (all 3 streets are won), a second set of three street cards appears labelled Rolled Streets. These follow the same rules for going out.

Recording a Hand — Tap the Record Hand button to enter the result of a completed hand:

  • Choose the winning team (WE or THEY).
  • Enter points for each street and any rolled streets.
  • Submit the form to update all scores instantly.

Player Roster — Players are listed under WE and THEY at the top. Use the + button to add a player mid-game, or tap a player badge and confirm to remove them.

Recorded Scores — Below the street cards, a grid shows every recorded hand. The grid is split into WE and THEY, with columns for each street. The last row of the game (when a team goes out) is highlighted in light blue.

Scorecard — A cascading scorecard table (in the style of a traditional gin rummy scoresheet) shows cumulative box counts down the page, built from the hands recorded.

Saving / Completing — Use the Save Game button to mark the game as complete and move it to Saved Games.

The Watch page lets anyone — including guests who are not logged in — follow an active game in real time.

  1. Tap Watch in the navbar.
  2. Select a Site from the list.
  3. If there are multiple active games, select the game you want to watch.

The page displays the same street cards and scorecard as the scoring view but is read-only. Refresh the page to see the latest scores.

If the Watch page shows a stale session, tap Clear Cookies (top-right of the Watch page) to reset and pick a site again.

The Payouts page tracks how much each player has won or lost across all games since the last reset.

Current Balances

  • Each row is a player; each column is a game (G#1, G#2, …).
  • Total — sum of all game amounts for that player.
  • Settled — enter the amount a player has already paid/received (negative to reduce their outstanding balance), then tap Save.
  • Outstanding — Total + Settled; what is still owed.
  • Green = positive (won money); Red = negative (owes money).

Tap Reset to snapshot the current balances into history and start a fresh period.

All-Time Summary

A table showing cumulative totals per player across all reset periods plus the current period. Tap the Player or Total column header to sort.

History

Collapsed accordion sections for each past reset period, showing individual player balances at the time of reset.

Tap Games in the navbar to see all saved (completed) games for your site.

Each entry shows the game name, date, creator email, game number, and the WE vs THEY player rosters.

Tap a game to view its read-only scoresheet. Tap × to delete the game (confirmation required).

The Players page lists all registered players for your site. Use it to add or remove players from the shared roster.

Players added here will appear in the team-selection lists on the New Game Setup page. You can also add players directly from the Setup page without coming here first.

The Site Defaults page lets you set pre-filled values that appear on the New Game Setup form for everyone at your site, so you don't have to enter the same settings every time.

  • Points to Go Out
  • Payout Per Point ($)
  • Boxes Bonus Points
  • Street Clean Sweep Bonus
  • Bonus All Streets Sweep
  • Scoring Method — inherit payout rules from another site's configuration.

Tap Save Defaults to apply. Changes take effect for the next new game created.

The Users menu item is visible only to administrators. It shows all user accounts for the site and allows admins to promote or demote users, reset passwords, and manage site access.

Regular users do not see this menu item.
